Ever had the need to cut down or trim the diameter of your propellers "Bullnose"? Now you can do this with extreme accuracy with this nicely made propeller modification tool. The unit is CNC machined from aluminum and the hub where the propeller is attached has a large ballrace to ensure the ultimate in accuracy.

It is extremely easy to use, you clamp your electric rotary multi-tool into the clamp provided and put into the chuck a rotary cutter. You then bolt your propeller to the adjustable hub, the position of this hub can be adjusted from 2.25 inches to 5 inches away from the cutter to enable you to modify a wide range of propellers. Measure the amount you wish to trim off the propeller and lock the hub into place, start the multi-tool and trim the first blade, then swing the propeller blade around and do the next one. This tool will ensure that each blade whether it is a 2, 3 or 4 blade propeller will be trimmed to exactly the same amount from the center mounting hole as each other.

This tool allows you to fine tune your model by reducing the diameter of your propellers, or trim a propeller that has had minor damage to the tip. It is particularly useful on multi-copters where you wish to modify the blades and you want each set to be identical in diameter or too fit larger stronger 6inch props to a frame that can only clear 5inch.
